Weight of 86 Seacraft 23' Walkaround w 01 200 Merc

Thinking of buying an 86 Seacraft 23 WA with a 200 Merc.

What's the approx weight of this rig?

PS are there any tell tale signs of a bad transom on this particular boat?

Any help would be great!
