Hi I've got a new to me 82 20' fisherman
looking at the scuppers there is a plastic pipe that runs from the transome to the cockpit wall and can ve seen here looking in the stern hatches this pipe spears to be just epoxied in place There are flapers on rhe outside of the trNson covering the holes
is this stock a d aslo was there. Boxs under the hatches ?

Yes and yes. I am missing my port side box.

Get some ping pong ball scuppers. They make some now that unscrew for easy leaf removal.
