Trailer setup for 23 hull

I wanted to see how everyone had there bunks setup for a 23 hull
I currently have an older float on trailer. The bunks rest on the lower section of the hull. I will try and post some pictures. The float on needs some work specifically new torsion axles. There are also no brakes. So I am trying to figure out if it is worth it to spend the money on new axles and brakes. Roughly 1100 dollars from float on. The trailer tows great but do to it's narrowness the bunks only can rest in there current position.
If I went with a new trailer that is wider the bunks would rest farther out wards on the hull.
