Default is mounting under water lights on bracket a good idea?

i have a 23 cc with twin hermco bracket and bennett trim tabs i was wondering what the best place to mount my ocean led a12 are does anyone out there has any ideas?

Just make sure its water tight, the bracket would look cool but might get weird shadows I'd put them in the hull then you could get to them easier.

I just cut a piece of aluminum and bolted it between the tab and the actuator.
