1.) Gemlux Flush mount polished stainless rod holders with water drains and NO SCREWS. NO SCRATCHES, NO BS
2.) Depending on bracket there is room for 2 more rod holders
3.) 28 3/4" L x 10" W x 1 1/8" thick solid teak

CONS

1.) Minor scratches on the wood top are easily fixed
2.) Because of the Teak's thickness, the Delron Spacer Bushing needs to be sanded/cut down approx 1/4" to facilitate the lock down nut.
3.) You need to get your own pedestal or rod holder insert. "Google" Teak Rocket Launchers and you can get some ideas
