Default Awlcraft spray gun question

I am going to be spraying a Mako with the 545 primer and the topcoat. I have a Devilbiss GFG HVLP gun. Awlcraft recommends a 1.1mm tip, my gun has a 1.6. I'm just trying to confirm that I need a much smaller tip, and I'm not even sure where to get one since it's an old gun - 1.1 seems small.

Anybody here have an experience with this setup?

Sorry - it's a 17' Mako, but it's not mine.
