soft spot in the deck on the port side, 30 pounds of compression in one cylinder on one motor, needs stator on the other. Was an I/O converted to OB w/bracket... Needs TLC. Has been on E-bay twice that I'm aware of with no bids and Boattrader at least once with no bites

...and if I hadn't promised my wife that I'd wait a little longer (getting really sick of saying that ) ....

If I was looking for a project I might low ball him perhaps offer $4500.00 and see if he bites. After all, it does have a new trailer.

What do you expect for $6k? You could sabotage the one engine for parts and sell the other for close to $4k. Trailer is worth another $1500. Bracket $800. So even if the boat was a dud, you could part it out and recoup your $$. No brainer if looking for one cheap.

I got some update pic's and info on this rig, wondering if anyone has seen it in person, I am thinking of making a run on it, but it is tough for me to get up there. I wish I saw this earlier as I was in Charleston a few weeks ago on my way south. Any input or help on this would be appreciated. I always wonder when something that looks like a good deal is not snapped up!
