Seacraft for sale ?????

I have been considering selling my '78 23' cc because every since I became addicted to fishing I've had smaller boats that were smaller and more affordable to maintain and operate, not to mention that the seacraft is all original and its time to rebuild the deck access covers and transom. My only delima is I really like/love my boat, the lines the ride it's stability and all the other unmentioned great seacraft features and the daily reading material on this site. I have some one interested in my boat for a fair price ,enough to put towards a smaller boat, but just don't know if I can do it. Was wondering if anyone has a 20' cc useable project minus power that would like to even trade up?
