Default Need opinions on a 1969 20ft CC

I may be joining your ranks as I found a 1969 20ft seacraft for sale with a 1998 125hp Mariner, bunk trailer, GPS/FF, all in working condion. I did a search but only came up with one thread. I took a look at her yesterday and need some opinions on it. She looks to be in good shape overall with just a few spidercracks and small rough patches on the deck cap (cosmetic). The floor was very solid. I am not sure how much I like the fact that the console is only 30" from the transom seats with not even a leaning post. I measured the beam and it was only about 82", which seems very narrow to me. How does the hull compare to the 70s models? Any idea how much gas the tank in the console holds? Lastly, what do you guys think this boat would be worth roughly? She sure has some great lines!

Great hull, good motor

pretty good for an ol' lady, hey? Most older women make use of regular cosmetic touch-ups.

Then move it to where you want it. Look at the placement of other 20' consoles to get an idea. Best ride is farther back, but not as much of an issue with the SeaCraft which has the smoothest ride on the water.

Actually, the beam on the hull is 7'6" inches, or 90". It's narrower at the transom, as the broadest part of the boat is amidships. See specs here: 20' SeaCraft Superfisherman Center Console

We need pics to give you any data on the value. You can assume it's worth between $1,800 and $7,000 to start with if it runs well and the motor and trailer need no work to start with.

Jesus liked fishing, too. He even walked on water to get to the boat!
