Default Trailer and boat purchase question

I am purchasing a 23' seacraft from NY. I live in MA. What are the title requirements that I should know about? What should I expect to get from him and what do I need to do on myside for simple registration after the purchase?
Also, what is the weight of a standard 23' CC for trailer purposes? Any suggestions for finding a trailer and not over paying?

I was happy getting my trailer from south attelboro marine I believe it's a #5400 capacity #7200 gross disc brakes and torsion axles roller
Fits and works great right out of the box only adjusted the winch stand
