Default FOR SALE 1976 Seacraft Savage

Our Baby "Desceptive" is up for sale, possible trade. Fee has been paid.
1976 Seacraft Savage Fully enclosed transom.
In 2007 We spent over $10,000. on just the transom and livewell alone. Kevin Horn from American Boatworks in Tarpon performed all work, we have a full DVD showing every step of the process before and and after. He has full details and this transom is strong enough for twins on a bracket.
There is a 30 gallon lighted built in livewell with under floor pump in the transom, also feeds automaticaly if you desire while underway.
Powered by a 1999 Yamaha EFI OX66 with less than 200 hours on powerhead. Runs flawless, has new fuel pumps, new VST screen and filters, New water pump and gear lube.
Motor fires and runs strong every time, Compression 119-122.
Fuel water separator, clear bowl w drain,
Apollo performance 4 blade stainless prop.
Lowrance LCX 18color GPS FF, Plotter
Navman Fishpro4350 color FF
Standard Horizon VHF with DSC.
Attwood 1250 bilge pump,
Sahara 1100 Bilge pump
Automatic switch activates both pumps.
Lewmar Stainless Anchor Windlass , 30' G4 chain, 250 ft 8 plait ultra braid anchor line (expensive stuff)
Stainless 4 step dive tree on swivel bracket makes getting in and out with full gear a breeze.
Custom Leaning post holds 2 coolers beneath and 4 fully rigged scuba tanks on top. Easiest dive boat ever.
Taco Outriggers with stainless swivel bases.
Tackle stations on both sides of console, Tons of storage and a 72 qt cooler under console also.
Holds another 6 tanks in cabin dive tank racks mounted in foot well flip up or down
Tropic aluminum trailer new Bearings seals and 2 hubs 2011.
Wrap around coming padding
Completly New 2007 Seastar hydraulic steering system with Stainless wheel and built in knob.
Custom aluminum bow rail, gator grip coated.
Birdsall marine T top, with basemounts if you desire a second station.
Navman Fuel 2100 Fuel analyzer, shows fuel burn GPH, FLow rate, Gallons left etc, works great, with 4 divers and 8 tanks we can run 30, and burn 15 gph,
All cushions for inside cabin if you want to camp, these have been wrapped up and stored off the boat.
2 deep cycle batteries, 1 switch, all wiring entirely new 2007.
We love this boat, and arent in a hurry to sell but...
Asking $16,000.00
I will take a 18 or 20' prefer seafari in partial trade, I do not want a full restore job, will take with or w/out power though and $$$$ please be realistic.
813-376-8211,,, I will make the purchaser a deal on our 2000 F250 Crew Cab 4x4 w V10 for only 5k Will only sell truck if boat sells.
Did I mention lobsters and fish are magically attracted to this boat>

HeeH Thanks Don, to sweeten the deal I'll throw in a couple of bugs lol.,
Also forgot to mention the paint is a fighting lady yellow in Imron, and the bottom just had 3 coats of Hydrocoat, bottom paint and the engine and bracket bottoms were pre coated with 4 coats of primokote prior .
I will throw in enough 2 part Awl grip in Fighting lady yellow to paint 2 boats with the deal if you want a higher gloss look to it.

Your "Savage" is the EXACT layout/configuration of my Sceptre to Savage restoration project. I plan to close in the transom and add a bracket, etc.

If I had the money, and any SENSE, I would just buy yours for your reasonable asking price and be done with!! But, I like doing things the hard and expensive way....LOL!!

Good luck with your sale, that a NICE boat.

Jim

Thanks Jim, we love the layout, its Perfect Fishing room for 4-6, and great for diving, or just having fun. Between the cabin, Console, and leaning post and rear Quarter compartments theres tons of storage!

Ya know Sandy, you would look mighty slick chasing those East Coast Wahoos in this boat. Then in good conscience you could cook us up some Wahoo steaks!

Sandy-Do it if you can swing it. That is an amazing boat Ryan has put together! I was considering a trade with a guy that has a Savage stored in the Keys about 5 months ago. I would do it in a heart beat if it was workable.

I can just fit my 20 in the driveway...but If I were to go north?

I enjoy sailing as well. Caught many dinners for long tables off the traveler on a good heel.
