Question Need some Advice.

I have a 1974 20' CC That has been in the process of getting restored for quiet some time. I am considering moving on from this project due to allot of personal reasons. At this point the boat is getting ready for final paint and hardware. To date the boat has had the following done to it.

Stringers- completely replaced front to back re-foamed with new pvc chases built in for ease of running wires and cables
Floor was completely rebuilt and raised 3 1/2" front hatch was removed and the floor is all 1 height. Hull was reinforced on the inside with fiberglass to be able to remove the thin inner gunnel piece. Gunnels were widened to 7". Top of gunnel was stiffened to be able to stand on a solid surface. The Transom was completely replaced and rebuilt from the inside and raised to accommodate a 25" shaft. Rear hatches were raised to transom height. Custom built Live well was installed into the floor under where the leaning post would go. Bottom paint was stripped. Everything was faired inside and out. The list goes on.
Now the idea is to paint the boat Ice blue with a whit bottom and a black boot stripe.

What the boat needs is a new console built for it, a motor with all the trimmings and leaning post. It is setup to accommodate a Tee Top.

At this point I probably have around 8-10K into this project. And it is going to cost me a significant amount more to paint the boat. The question I have is does anyone have a guess as to what might the boats value is in the current condition before I invest the additional money for the final paint. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of the current condition at this point and am just looking for a rough idea. I'm not to sure where the market went to for these boats in the last 4-5yrs. If anyone could shed some light i'd really appreciate it. To give you an Idea of the craftsmanship and the overall look of the boat it will be similar to Mark's 20CC.

its realy hard to get good money out of an unfinished project. most people are going to want a deal and im guessing the fact it needs paint power and rigging is going to be what they use to low ball you. finished boats in decent shape are out their to be had in todays economy. might want to consider storing it a while until you can finish it if you can.

I couldn't even get 3k for mine, I went through the whole boat, stringers, transom, floors, casting platform, bulkhead in rear of boat, enclosed transom, etc etc. It sits in my yard and is like a blister on my azz, I move it around seems like every other day :-(

That's not spam, that's about the ability a 2012 high school grad has in terms of writing ability. Be courteous, -non-stop texting, video games, and reality TV shows have not been kind to the current generation.

Go to a local store and buy $11.13 worth of whatever they sell. Give the cashier a $20.00 bill and let them enter it into the register and then realize you have a single, a dime and a nickel change in your pocket and would rather have a $10.00 bill and not worry about the 2 cents. Give him/her the single and the change and watch the look on their face! They can't figure it out-LOL!

I'm with Big Lew on typo's, etc., but it also looks like English may not be Peter's primary language. I see posts like that a lot on the E-Tec owners forum that gets replies from users all around the world!

...and I'm embarrassed if I make a typo and don't catch it.
