Default 1985 Seacraft M/A

Hello, stumbled upon 1985 20' Master angler in need of a good cleaning and basically to be FULLY rigged. Transom is solid, floors I'm not sure of, boat is FILLED with stuff. It was last in the water in 2014 so I'm not sure of the fuel tank. Also no trailer its on blocks. I know its tough to put a number on something like this. I paid $2800 for mine 16 years ago in better shape with a trailer and no motor. Let me know what you think, thanks.

Motor? I paid $4500 recently for a 1968 19' with bracket, new coosa deck, console and 2004 Evinrude 150 DI and trailer. Trailer wasnt much and I sold it for $250.

Does it need a new deck, transom, cap recore? As it sits it's not worth much, considering what it will take to get it done right.
