reel smoker:

hope you got the oats in front of your house, i was afraid to leave the chum. i did not know if you were home. loberstering was excellent, caught a few mangrove snapper and a few tarpon. i left the boat in stuart to paint the red and i am having the gray inside painted white. i thought about having hatchs made in the transom cover but decided against it because of the curve of it and i would not have much depth to the hatches, but let me know if you have any ideas.i see you have the fitch fever.

No there are no changes that I know of on these engines. We have over a dozen 200 thru 250 2003 DI's out there and have had no problems or recalls on them.

Hi, Harold yes I got the oats at first I thought it was the chum and was hesitant on opening it. Yes Ive had Fitch fever just having a hard time putting out the $$$.Maybe next year.Let me know how the the painting worked out.
JOE, Thanks again,If I dont get one in 2004 I might wait and go with the Etec if they come out with a 250 in 2005.

Harold,I would'nt put any hatches there if your going to leave the batteries in that location unless you seal it completely. If I remember correctly theirs like 7 or 8 inches from the top to the top of the batteries which you can use for storage?
