Four Boat Theory
If Finster can have a new house, I can have 4 boats. Here's the current fleet in front of Finster's place.
 You've got a bubble system in that lagoon don't you?

By the looks of the picture the blue hull must be the new Sea Craft 45 Super Fisherman.. Otto.. shouldn't you be selling some equipment or something ?..
