1973 SEACRAFT SF23,Hull is in good shape.Started redoing floor and never finished.No rotten wood in boat.Remove power to bracket and put outboard.You can go either way back orginal or outboards.Has orginal big console.Boat is in great shape was fishing until winter when started project.Lost interest my loss your gain for the orginal seacraft!

Looked at boat today. The floor from the raised deck back to the tansom has been removed. Hull looks good with a few scratches. Transom looks dry where I/O was and some other holes for tabs, etc. But considering the floor having to be replaced and most hardware, new I/O or bracket OB's, lots of fiberglass to fill numerous screw holes, is this worth $6500? If not, what would you say its worth?
