Default Lots of emotions here, may sell my SC CC 20

MY 20 Seacraft is a real sweetie, but I may let her go if I can't find the time to make some repairs.

I have some questions to ask if you folks could answer for me.

I may be forced to sell this boat. Needs a transom job. I did repairs to 3/4 of it 3 years ago (all westsystem) but one corner, behind one of the boxes is shot and needs replacing.

If I dump her now, what am I looking to get. I need to sell the boat only, as the trailer belongs to a friend.

Just need a ballpark so I can make up my mind.

Here is a link to 3 shots of the boat and transom areas, so you can see what I'm talking about.

As I see it teh transom needs a rebuild. Is There a console? Windshield? What kind of condition is teh rest of the boat in? How's teh deck? the Tank? wiring?

based on the photo as is My guestimate is $1,500.00. That may seem low, but it's based on what I saw in photo's.

Good luck with it. If interested in selling post it here.

There is a console, no winshield. The rest of the boat is very sound and is in great shape. I used this boat to fly-fish and left the winshield off to look like a Lefty Kreh model. I am in great pain to be in the prediciment. 3/4 marine ply floorboards replaced 3 years ago. The transom is the only area that need serious attention. I have alot of money in this gal and am going to take a bath either way (fix or sell). I can't see selling her for less than $2500 if it came to that horrible conclusion. I would hope that someone with some time and passion for these boats would pick it up and not a dealer who would fix it and flip it. At this point I will entertain the thought of sale as I await some quotes from glass repair shops.

Yes, when I walk away sure I'm ready to sell. I cringe at the thought when I step away and look. I only hope there is a 23 out there for me.
