Default jfk had class

Anyone see the Kennedy story in Ny Post today? I would never admit reading this rag but the wife noticed "the boat in the picture looks like yours". Got my attention away from boat trader online.. Full page color picture of JFK Jr and Bessette in his 20' classic seacraft. Looks like a late 70's or early 80's? I think I see vents on the sides, what years were those made?

Even more on the JFK/Seacraft thing (hopefully I remember the story correctly)...
Chris Downey's 23 Sceptre was originally purchased by Jackie O. for John John, but when it was delivered to the dealer on Cape Cod, she didn't like the seat colors and passed on it . Chris's father saw it for sale and decided to buy it. Twenty-five years later and it's still one sweet looking rig!

Scott M is correct. That is the story that Chris' father told us. Supposedly, Jackie O did not like the original yellow seats.

Scott- How was the tackle show? Did I call to say I couldnt make it? I had a rough day on Saturday.

It was pretty good, lots of stuff to buy. You know how it is! Umm, no I didn't hear from you on Saturday. Hopefully everything is okay.

BTW, I'm getting a "Potter" sticker from Chuck for the Seabird, so you'll need to get one for the Mako.
