Ryan,
You're boat looks nice, good luck selling it. I saw it posted on THT the other day and almost suggested to the seller that he post it on this site. Now seeing the pix here, I realize who the seller is.

Mark, you are right, but I am not so sure momma would agree.Although today is her birthday,so maybe I should buy her a classic 20 SC and let her start her own fleet!

Here's one down your way with "potential". I can guarantee it will sell for less than $10,000.

I went to that lot with Mike from Wildfire the day Dixie Girl was pulled out. He was looking at it for a client who needed a project boat. Don't know whatever happened to that, but I recall going right past that boat many times when it was in somewhat better condition

Ryan-Thanks for the Vintage $3K Potter Hull to kill the prices in the market in the 5K area -That deal should be done by now right?
Otto- I think your guarantee of price being less than $10K for the "Dixie Girl" reminds me of the quote from the movie Tommy Boy-
Tommy: Let's think about this for a sec, Ted, why do they put a guarantee on a box? Hmm, very interesting.
Ted: I'm listening.
Tommy: Here's how I see it. A guy puts a guarantee on the box 'cause he wants you to feel all warm and toasty inside.
Ted: Yeah, makes a man feel good.
Tommy: 'Course it does. Ya think if you leave that box under your pillow at night, the Guarantee Fairy might come by and leave a quarter.
Ted: What's your point?
Tommy: The point is, how do you know the Guarantee Fairy isn't a crazy glue sniffer? "Building model airplanes" says the little fairy, but we're not buying it. Next thing you know, there's money missing off the dresser and your daughter's knocked up, I seen it a hundred times.
Ted: But why do they put a guarantee on the box then?
Tommy: Because they know all they solda ya was a guaranteed piece of [censored]. That's all it is. Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. But for right now, for your sake, for your daughter's sake, ya might wanna think about buying a quality item from me.
Ted: Hmm. Okay, I'll buy from you.

I saw that boat sell on ebay for over 10K(Insane as it is) , I believe Trayder mentioned it last year on a thread.
