Default Soon to be new owner...have some questions

First off, great site with a lot of useful info.

I just ordered a brand new 23 a week ago and I should be taking delivery of it in about 6 weeks or so. My questions are:

How many feet of 1/2" anchor line can the storage compartment hold?

What kind of performance numbers will I honestly get with a 225 opti?

How many gallons is the factory freshwater tank?

I didn't get eisenglass for it. Do you think that is something that will be needed for this boat down the line?

Any other suggestions or helpful comments would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Luis

If you don't mind me asking, how much are you paying for it?

It was $43k before tax and right around $49ish after.

I got it with boat/motor/trailer. Stainless prop, stainless dive ladder, trim tabs, fresh & saltwater washdown, t-top, leaning post, 3 months of sea tow, $1000 gift card to Bass Pro Shops, and a 10% off card to BPS.

So, 50K for a 23 Seacraft...

What year is it? Is it a brand new one from the Seacraft plant out of North Carolina? Or is it a left over?

On another note: Looks like seacraft finally updated their website: www.seacraft-boats.com

It's a 2005.

I was hesitant at first because of all the things that I have heard. I had my father check out all of the wiring, connections, fittings, etc. He does marine elecrtical work as well as other little quality control things on brand new million dollar yachts and government boats. He gave it a thumbs up...not as good as Seavee or contender, but not bad.

I am waiting for the boat to be built and delivered...ordered it at the Miami Boat show.

I saw the website earlier and it's better than it was before.

I'm glad some of our new improvments are starting to show up on the boats in the field. When you get your new boat, I sincerly hope you enjoy it!

Luis 3/8 anchor line is plenty for a 23.
