Default New Deck Costs????

I have a 1978 23 SF. I have a very small soft spot to the left of the leaning post and a larger soft spot/flex point to the right of the leaning post.

For now I plan to fish the boat as is and deal with the soft deck issues, either during our summer lull or in the late fall.

I am thinking that best case I will be able to drill out the left side and resin it up. On the right side I am thinking about doing some exploratory (cutting a 1/2 inch into the deck and take a looksie). If the top skin is delaminated and the plywood need to be replaced I will do that. If the problem looks to be more substantial (such as the stingers and the like) well, I guess that i will HAve to deaL with it one way or another.

Quick question for the troops.

Has anyone out there paid someone for a deck replacement on a 23 footer? If so, what is the cost range and how long does it take a pro to complete a project like this?

Does anyone know of an afforable & reputable pro in the New Jersey area?

I should also mention that the transom on my boat was redone about 5 years ago and it looks like it could support the QE2's engine blocks.

Thanks
