She has been on the market before. I would agree that she may be the rarest Sea Craft from the Mosley era.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the owner is a member of this site. I remember him posting some pix a couple years ago.

I have seen at least four other 27' flybridge models, in addition to the Allison Two. One was called the Raven, and was a 68' model 27' "Master Angler", with twin supercharged 250 ci inline 6 Chevy block Mercruisers rated at 250 hp each, according to the stickers. Unfortunately, I saw her in 1989 as she was being raised after sinking in my marina because of a torn bellows. The owner then defaulted on his note to the bank, so we got to store her for a long time. I offered $2500 for her to the bank and was turned down. 4 years later, after the marina went bankrupt, the bank sold here to someone for $500.

Another I saw was down near Marco Island in Florida at a place called "Isles of Capri". It was a flybridge model with twin V-drive Mercruiser inboards, also six cylinders, but they were rated at 165 hp each. The chrome-plated brass nameplate on the bulkhead proclaimed it to be a "Super Fisherman 27". I don't know the year of that hull, but it appeared to be subtly newer/different than the others I've seen - maybe mid 70's hull?

Then I saw two flybridge models side by side in the Marina at the Royal Bahamian Defense Force base on New Providence Island back in the mid '90's. Both were police patrol boats, reportedly ordered/purchased new from in SeaCraft in 1971, according to an officer there. One had been converted from twin sterndrives to twin Johnson 235's mounted in a transom cut-out. She had a bulkhead plaquard proclaiming her to be a "27 Master Angler"

The other Bahamian boat had been repowered with twin BMW six cylinder sterndrives, although I have no idea how much power they produced. She also was a "27 Master Angler"

I was told by a crewman that the sterndrive boat would top out at about 34-35 mph and cruise at 24-25, while the OB model cruised at about 30, and topped out at "nearly" 40 mph. The serndrive boat was in nearly daily use, the OB conversion was waiting a new powerhead.
(I used to be a volunteer chaplain to the RBDF in '94-'95)

I saw the Raven again in 2001 rotting in a boatyard in Grant, Florida. It was for sale by Projectboats.net, having never been back in the water or completely repaired since it sank in '89. One of the engines had been replaced with a normally aspirated 250 CHevy, the other engine was missing. The asking price was $2,000, which when coupled with the estimated $16-18K I figured it would take to restore her to useable condition, was more than I could do. She was finally purchased by someone in late 2002/early 2003.

I still wonder if I should have bought her anyway.

I saw the "Raven" in Grant also. I was going to snag it and had nightly visions of stripping her down and turning it into a custom "Gucci CC" .

Things just didn't work out because of transport costs. As I remember the final selling ticket was $500. The boat had sat so long, I think a tree had germinated in the wet wood and was growing out of the bridge
