Any idea what a T top would cost for a 20'? I'm looking at several to buy but 1 needs a T.

I think that there can be a huge price swing here (from $700 or so for a do it yourself "k" t top to several thousand dollars). As an exmaple, here is a t top from Atlantic Towers for $1,390
http://www.atlantictowers.com/at_sub/products_fr.htm Here is another example of a k top for under $1,000. http://www.specialtyalworks.com/prod03.htm To a certain degree I believe that tee tops are like anything else, in that you get what you pay for. Good luck

That is the most beautiful picture of a 20SF that I have seen. Hope you don't mind but I printed it and hung it in my office as inspiration. Hopefully mine will look like that someday, only with a folding t-top. By the way has anyone seen a good design for a folding t-top. I have a bridge to contend with on my way out.

Mark,
That's a great pic of your boat. Bryan, If I can get over to it in the next week or 2, I'll take some pix of my buddy's folding t-top on his 21' Hydra-Sport. It hinges and folds to the front of the console. Seems like a pretty good design, but it does rattle a bit when underway and you can't mount rod holders up top for that reason. I suppose the design could be modified to be more rigid, but he hasn't tried. |

Bryan- I am in the same situation on my 23 with the t-top. I have a bridge that will clip anything higher than the console. I never see the folding t-tops on CSC or THT to get a good idea of it's looks and performance. I only hear stories. I just bought this 79 23 and it came with a t-top that was mounted inside the console and wrapped with fiberglass on the inside to hold the tubes. Please post any pictures of folding t-tops you see or someone sends you. Thanks,

Snookered - So does yours fold or aleast removable? If so I'd Like to see some shots. I had somebody describe a top to me once that was set up like a parallelogram and had gas shock on the legs which somehow would fold forward and lock back into position with the help of the gas shocks. No pics though. I'll keep any eye out for any designs.
