Give us more info---Is your boat an i/o? Do you need custom livewell work, how are your floors?, paint inside, outside or both?, do you need a bottom job?, how about new fuel tank?, rod holders, pop up cleats and light? All these factors go into pricing and also if you live up north its going to cost you more.

Boy that’s a hard one. Partly because we don’t really have enough details. But lets guess some.
1 Bracket the best not installed $3,500 + $1,000 for someone to drill re wire and install your motor IF not to much to do.
2. Painting the boat back again the best – Awlgrip sprayed 3 coats plus primer and little or no prep work in and out $5,000 to $6,000.
3. Building a custom live well and intergrading it into the transom above deck type with scoop and pump and such. $2,000
4. Panel replaced $1,000 or so

If you do all the work Bracket still $3,500
Painting $1,000
Live well with fabrication $ 400
Panel $ 200
Beer costs $ 100 + 20 days of work for one person.
_________

$5,200.00
