Those are nice pics guys. In the late '70s, my dad did a drawing of a 23 CC I/O and framed it. It now resides in my brother's basement, hanging from the rafters!! I need to commandeer that drawing and do it some justice.

Ok lets do this- Change the Outriggers to the lower/Middle of the Radar arch.Put the release/pivot handles on the inside. It will be way to hard to raise & lower at Your present position.Imagine having to re-rig in a Hurry !Same with the antenna,Going under Steamboat pass bridge would be a Pain in the Arse. Those pictures do look great! Maybe one day when I get some time I'll do one of My Mistress I mean SeaCraft!

Hi Capt. Brad! I'm not sure where in Elliott Key I took this picture, I know we were on the West side of the island on a real shallow area with a very small open sandy beach with some tree branches jutting out where we tied off the boat. It was a great place for the grandkids because the water was only about 14" deep, very grassy though. North of us there was a much larger beach with a lot of boats in the area and a dock with some FWC and MDPD boats.

I see what you mean about the outriggers, I will install some TACO Sport Slam bases which have a LOT of positioning capability so I would have to move them back a bit so they're not blocked by the tower. They're very easy to reposition with just one knob. I will have the bases this month so I'll install them correctly so I won't have to reposition them when I do install the arch. The antenna I already have and it's a pull out base that I can reach while seated at the helm so, like you said, I'll need to see if I need to reposition it after the arch goes in. Looks like I need to draw version 3! Thanks for the advice.

How's Melbourne? You know, that's where I really wanted to move to when I retired from the USAF but the only job that panned out was in Miami so I ended up here. Now that I need to fly out every month to all of Latin America and the Caribbean I'm kind of stuck having to live close to the Miami airport. Is housing expensive? I might consider retiring that way in the next decade and it might be a good idea to buy now. Good luck and see ya later!

I know Tug, it's too bad you had to go. I would really enjoy a tour of the area, especially where NOT to go! This darn bay is so shallow it makes me nervous every time I go out exploring. Hopefully the fishing tournament gettogether will give me some more pointers. My son and his friends will also miss the Auto Show tickets!!!

Boja - Looks great . . . you've got some talent. Makes me homesick for those east coast summers.
