Default 1973 20 CC with Suzuki 175 4-stroke

I've been kicking around the idea for some time now but I would like to go up a step in size. I have a 1973 Seacraft Potter Built, completey redone with new motor, console, paint, and all the fix'ins. I will list pictures as soon as I can get'em downloaded and figure out how. If you'd like them by e-mail, please e-mail at andrew.johnson@gevity.com.
The boat has 14 switch toggle panel with all new wiring, every hose, wire and fuel line is new, 60 gal fuel cell, jack plate, awl grip paint, bennet trims tabs, dual bildge pumps, 30 gal bait well, new canvas cushions all around, new canvas console, and motor covers, 10 gallon fresh water washdown, all new lights (bow, stern, console), Garmin 188 color bottom/GPS machine, VHF radio, 200 watt Jenson marine/pioneer four speaker stero, the console is a Pathfinder with very nice layout, 2006 Suzuki 175 four stroke big block with 100 hrs and 6 yr warranty, 2006 peterson dual torsion axle aluminum trailer. This thing is nice. I've tracked the fuel consumption on my last three tanks and getting 4.57 miles per gallon. Boat cruises fantastic at 3500 RPMs at 30mph and tops out at just over 50mph. I have a ton of money invested in it and would like to get $20,000 out of it. Ready to find me the perfect 23' Potter to hang twins on. Feel free to call 941-812-7770 or e-mail if interested. Thank ya

Great looking boat, wish I had $20,000 laying around I'd be on my way up.

Thank ya
I'm negotiable to a point. I've got almost $26,000 into it with the new motor and new trailer, so I'm trying to get as close to $20,000 as I can.

I've had several interested parties and one gentleman from SC looking right now. We'll see what happens.

Mine sits stern heavy with a 200 merc at 406, the scuppers will fountain if you walk back there, that should give give a start point, I just keep them plugged most of the time.

Dadgummit! I forgot to look at the prop for ya this weekend. Manufacture, I'll get for ya and I'll double check those specs but I'm almost positive it's a 16.5 diameter, 22 pitch. Let me verify that for ya though. Yes, it's a Bob's Hydraulic Jackplate. With the jack and the 175 it does sit little heavy in the stern but not too bad.
