Default 73 Potter Hull--What's Missing?

Can you restoration experts tell me what's missing from this hull?

Far from resto. expert here but I'll take a stab......deck, liner, tank, all wiring, fittings, hardware, console, splashwell, hatches,etc.........from what I've learned here also with no support the hull could be "twisted"...But, that's the place to start!!

Thanks! How can this be best restored to an open, structurally sound hull? In other words, a floor and combing (Cap) deck, no "liner".

If that thing is still for sale you could buy it and add this to your collection. Out of the two you could make one, all for a couple hundred bucks...
