Default 1980 23ft cuddy cabin w/ 1997 Yamaha 225

Boat not getting the use she deserves so I think it's time to sell. I purchased in 2000. The engine has been winterized and stored indoors every winter (boat shrinkwrapped) Last winter 6 carburators rebuilt. Engine runs great. Has custom made bimini with full enclosure. Hull in good shape. With a little TLC this boat will look really sharp. I'm asking $16,500. I have photos I will post.

Lou: Could you post some close interior pix. Is this a Tampa built boat or not?
Is it original gel coat?
Has it been bottom painted-hope not.
Has the transom, gas tank, any part of floor been replaced/soft?
How deep eroded is the corrosion around the snaps on the window frame?
How tight is the upper and middle liners? Does water come in the cabin when a wave is stuffed--leak in along the rub rail on the sides?
Any cracked stringers in the cabin?
Is there a trailer?
How much of its life has been undercover or in a building?

Markley-
Unfortunately I don't know where this boat was built.I'm the third owner. I can try to get some more photos and send them to you. The boat is in Freeport, Long Island. If you are anywhere near there you are welcome to take a look for yourself.
The boat has been bottom painted. It has 2 gas tanks - one 40 gallon and one about 80 gallon - I'm not sure if the original manufacture only had one. I always assumed one was added in because the predecesor owner used to do a lot of off shore fishing. All the lining appears very tight. I don't have any problem with leaks. I believe it has the original gel coat. It could use some patching here and there. A nice combing cushion was added which is still in pretty good shape. It does not have a trailer...

That should be a Tampa boat and they were very good.
