Hi! How long did an outboard motor should be flush? Its 5 or 6 minutes enough?

that should be fine. i ususally run mine for about that time. i just let the stream get warm then shut it off

You don`t want to flush a motor at more than half of the spigot volume on the muffs. The reason for this is that you can hydro lock the water passages with too much volume and not get cooling up to the top pistons on some motors. Motors have blown on the muffs because of this!

i've heard of not reving the engine idle to 1000 rpm only what kind of motors are you refering to?

Until last year I never had issues on muffs. Run (Mercs/JohnRudes) until the thermostat opens and consider the flush complete. That said my new to me Yami 130 2 stroke (first yami for me) will not run on muffs. It runs, a few min pass, and the overheat alarm goes off. After replacing 100% of all cooling related parts the solution was....you need to run it in a barrel

Havent made it yet. When I do it will have a drain @ the bottom.

i think you can get a big plastic trash can maybe or a plastic 55 gallon drum and cut the top off
