maiden voyage

well i am a stranger again,can,t seem to remember passwords.i launched my 71 2o sf yesterday and freaked out a little bit.shes a little stern heavy,got a 26 inch bracket with a 97 carb merc 200 25 inch shaft.i raised the floor 3 and a half inches and my scuppers are just above the water line.i filled a 100 quart cooler up with water and set it just in front of the console and it was a lot better.i got 51 mph at 5300 rpm (gps against the current)and thats faster than i need to go.gonna take her out for a sea trial today and i,ll try to post some pictures this afternoon.
