Default FREE! 1978 Sceptre

Well as most of you know I'm running a surplus of SeaCraft
projects.... So it is time to thin the fleet.

This 1978 23 Sceptre is the sister ship to Capt. Chucks
The serial numbers are sequential.

I bought this boat on eBay in 2004 for $560.00
Tarpun, my buddy Brian and myself made the trek
to Deville, LA. to bring her to Florida.
It was a 14 hour ride out and back.

It has been sitting ever since. The new home was under
construction at this time over the next 2 1/2 years.

Now that the 27 is taking the lead for the re-do,
I figured this would be a worth while project for
one our members that would want it.

The trailer it is on is not part of the deal.
I do have a single axle EZ loader with brand new
15 inch tires that have 50 feet on them (Concrete pad
to side of barn ) That you can have for the cost of the tires $200.00.

Or you can bring your own trailer and we will move it over.
We have the stuff to make it easy right here at Area 442.

I have a clean Florida title with the antique registration.

Again she is FREE!!!!

It needs a total tear down as it has serious nose rash.
(Previous owner ran into a dock)
It is stripped, just the way I bought it.

I would like to see one of our members get it or
a friend of a member...

Here are the pics....

This bidding was almost as cool as the Barrett-Jackson auction for Carroll Shelby's original 427 Cobra!!! That Ken is quite the tough businessman!! Congrats!!
