Default Top Cap

I am looking at purchasing a 1972 23' potter and the current owner was in the middle of a restoration. The issue is there is not a top cap with the boat. Has anyone tackled a project like this our have any ideas?

Do a search on that. I'm pretty sure there was a thread on that a couple/few years ago.

Thanks I looked around but could only find threads that others were using a core to mold a new one. I can pick this hull up for $500.00 or less. Don't know if it is something to get into.

I have seen the project in mind. Looks like a bunch of work has already been done. No cap is a deal breaker for me. I don't have the skills to make it happen. Good luck.

The Sceptre cap can easily be converted to a center console.
At least it is complete.
