Default 1977 SeaCraft Center console

1977 Potter built SeaCraft 23' center console "Molly Jean" for sale. Boat was restored (not by me) in 2003 and re-powered with a 03 Yamaha 225 four stroke. Boat has been a working guide boat since I bought it in 2007 so it has some blemishes and could use a coat of paint. Engine runs perfect. Had a compression check this summer and passed it with flying colors. Its been stored inside during the winter and will be heading there soon. Sad to get rid of her but recently upgraded. Boat is in Essex MA right now getting winterized and the trailer worked on. email or call me (leave a voicemail and I'll get back to you) for details and more photos. Asking $15,000. Default Update

Thought I found her a good home but the deal fell through I guess.

In 2003 she got a new t top, paint job, starboard decking down the middle stern, gas tank, engine, electronics, reinforced the transom and raised it with metal ( hard to explain. If I get time I'll post photos) pop up cleats and bow light, leaning post, console rebuild (original base but custom windshield and dash) , enclosed splashwell, trim tabs, bilge pumps. Deck and hull were found to be "basically sound". Blems are basically cosmetic. Hull and deck could use a paint job. She's been a worker and could use some attention. Putting her in warehouse soon but will be relatively accessible to show. Been busy at work these days so not much time to check the website for questions or comments but feel free to pm me with questions. also gonna try to get more photos before I put her in storage.

Filthy - I have a friend that may be interested . . . any idea how many hours on that motor? Have you scoped the exhaust for corrosion on that F225? Was the transom redone or just patched/raised to 30" with the aluminum plate?

So this is who she belongs to! We keep our seacraft "shakeout" at the same marina, actually on the other side of the finger where those pics were taken. Bump for a nice boat!

I send the OP an email last week and never heard back.

Driving across the State (FL) tomorrow to hopefully pull one home.
