Hey guys just wanted to share the new love of my life with you all! You probably seen her on Ebay. She has A 2006 Merc 175. I plan on adding a solid transom and armstrong bracket very soon.

You might want to check out the Hermco bracket which is all glass and has more flotation! It was designed by Bill Potter for the SeaCraft hull.

Don't know of any used ones except for those attached to boats! Most guys that have 'em like them enough to keep 'em! You could always build your own like Strick & Big Shrimpin, although I think they'll say you won't save much compared to Don's price!

armstrong brackets are over priced, I had a guy build me 4 brackets over the past year and they all had full flotation, full swim platform powdercoated to color of choice for less than $1000. IF interested pm me and i will pass you the info. Thanks

I have a hermco bracket on my 23 cc my brother has an armstrong on his twenty in my opinion the hermco bracket is second to none. My outbourd is bigger and heavier than his and his sits lower than mine in the back. Ive been in the marine industry for over ten years and i can honestly say that don hermco builds a great bracket.
