Default Wd-40

i have heard that WD-40 is not the best to spray on a power head because it damages electrical wires. is their any truth to this? what do you all put on your engines to protect your engines? i have a freind that uses corrosion X in the green can but i dont like it because it dries to a thick greasy film then working on the engine for anything realy sucks!

very true !!

CRC 656
lear research - "corrosion block" spray

these 2 products are the only 2 i'm aware of,that actually neutralize salt/corrosion

http://learchem.com/products/corrosion-block.html

i use corosion block on client's boats - along with my own, best product available...

DO NOT confuse "corrosion block" with that waxy useless crap - not the same product !
