Tracker Seacraft 1991 specs
I'm in the market for a 20' hull in the New Orleans area and a tracker seacraft has recently appeared. I'm on a budget and have a free 90hp Honda 4 stroke and an extra parts motor to put on a hull.
I have read the 89ish tracker seacraft hulls are longer than the potter hulls. How much longer and how much heavier? Has anybody had a 90hp 4 stroke on a tracker seacraft 20cc? Is a lighter 20' potter hull the heaviest I can go for the 90hp and still cruise around 20 mph? Thanks in advance. |

Thanks, don't sweat it. I went to look at the boat this weekend. It's in pretty good shape, but the tank needs to be replaced and I'm not sure I want to get into that foam based on the posts I've read about others' adventures with tracker tanks. I'd almost prefer to get an older potter hull if it's in similar shape. They seem to be less troublesome to work on.

The tank would be much easier now that I know what to do. 10"s and the weights listed are the same. |
