Default Seafari Bimini Top

eBay Bimini. I didn't expect much for the $ I paid, but I'm
really impressed by the quality and fit of the durn thing.
I liked the pics so I'm posting them. That is all.

Default Dogbomb's Seafari

Your Seafari looks great. You must have been more aggressive on the compounding than I was. My 76 shined up pretty good, but not like yours. Did you followup with wax or Polyglo? We chatted about watersports. Tried it behind the Seafari yet?

Thank you! Just lots of carnuba at this point. And no, haven't had the chance to ski behind her yet. Soon, I hope!

Looking good! In Jersey, a black bimini will attract greenhead flies from the marshes along Barnegat Bay, so I will be getting one in a lighter color.

Are the bows stainless or aluminum? And what was your bow height and width if you recall?

Yes, don't want them bugs!
Here's a link to the exact top I purchased:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/311808337196

It's a nice top for the money, although it's not Sunbrella.
They have other colors, too.

Your boat looks great! My first boat was a 64' lobster skiff that was the same color so I'm always a little partial to yellow. Love the Bimini. I've been holding out on one but at that price its hard to pass up. I think I'm gonna get one. Thanks for posting.

Well, I know a good idea when I see one, and imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so I followed Dogbomb's suggestion and ordered one too. Came out great:

Default Bimini Top

Dogbomb & SailorChlud-
Yes, your bimini tops look good. Here's an idea you can use or discard. On my top which is somewhat similar I replaced the aft straps with SST tubes. I felt this provided a bit more rigidity when someone needs a hand hold to climb from the deck to the dock. There is still some adjustability with the straps on the front.
