Default Not sure of hull year no hull id number

How's it going I recently bought a 23 seacraft not sure what year the hull is I called Dnr with the old registration numbers and they said it was a 97 hull and it was an 18' built by tracker marine so they have their numbers messed up. The boat used to be an I/o and was converted to an outboard power. I have an 1986 and the front box looks a little different than the one I just bought I'll attach a few pictures of anyone can help let me know Thanks in advance
