This is where it all started. I tried to download via John's thread, but my pix were taken of the digital camera at too large a size. The pix needed to be 1024x768 or smaller. So, I tried to use a site, like Kodak, to manage/resize my pix so I could download them that way.

Then someone on the board recommended that I try a website, ImageStation ( by Sony ), it seemed to work by copying my pix to that site, resizing them and then I copied the URL of each pix to the "Image" section on the CSC site.

It seemed to have initially worked, but then al I could see were red X's. Oh well, when I have more time, I'll try again....

You need some image editing software. Depending on your Operating System, you may have one built in. Also, you can go to www.download.com and find free imaging software. If you don't mind spending a little money ($99) get a copy of PaintShop Pro. You can even download a trial version. It does 90% of what Adobe PhotoShop can do at a fraction of the cost. Free download and if you register it for $20 you get more features. I've been using it for years in addition to photoshop and swear by it.
