Default Introduction and question

Hello everyone,
I've been lurking for quite some time but haven't posted due to the fact that I am a non Seacraft owner. I'm trying to change that now. I've looked at some on Cape Cod and I'm at the point where I need a professional look at them. Could anyone recommend a good surveyor in the area?
Thanks
Tom
