Hey need to sell its footprint is 46" wide and 80" for and aft with a 30" overhang room for head inside b/o

That's a nice Pilot House, curious why you are selling it. Is it too big for your 23? I would love to look at it, I imagine it is on the Cape?

Its to big for my needs need it narrower and yes it is on cape located in hyannis

I stand educated! I have never looked into the pricing of such things. I seems that with the depressed market for the boats, that price just sounded abnormally high for a piece of one. I learned something new; thanks.
