Default outboard install question

im going to remove my evinrude motor and install a mercury is there a kit available for the electrical needed gauges and control cables ect ? or would I have to jujst buy each of what is needed ive never repowered before switching brands

I went from OMC to a Mercury and wore out eBay and the web buying the key switch, electrical harness, control cables, gauges, shift housing, etc. It's all standard stuff, plus you already have the lengths you will need for the run to the console from the engine. Piece of cake!

got the motor off yesterday after work,, tonight got the cables and electrical harness out
