Had to tear out a 1500 s.f. concrete driveway due to non payment. Borrowed a buddies track hoe and piled 20 yards of broken up concrete on the road in front of the guy's house. Lost about $4000. This was at the beginning of the "Housing Crisis". Most sub contractors went unpaid around that time...
