Default 1970 Custom 20' Seafari project

ive run out of time and money and unfortunately need to sell what was my labor of love for the last 2 years.
the boat is a 1970 hull that was originally an i/o that is now a beautiful full transom ready for a bracket. here is everything ive done to the boat

- new deck where the i/o engine was
- filled the "hole" between helm seats with custom storage (glass work makes it look factory)
- replaced all 3 bulkheads (2 cabin and 1 anchor locker)
- on the helm side i built a custom rybo style console inwhich all the wiring will be housed with a door built into the bulkhead to access it from the cabin
- all inside surfaces of bulkheads have mahog veneer and are varnished
- a plastic oval livewell was incorporated into the transom
-live well/seacock and bilge pump installed below decks
-new 47 gallon fuel tank epoxy coated and foamed in place
-custom under gunnel work signifigantly stiffened gunnels and provide rod storage underneath
- battery box built into cabin where porta potty would go (to get weight foward)
-transom had 2 layers of 3/4'' ab fir and 3 layers between the most inward stringers, it also has BEEFFY knees for bracket support

all the work was done with ab douglas fir plywood and west systems exclusively

also included with the boat is the trailer it sits on (unsure of the year) but it is it verygood/excellent shape, its and aluminum single axle with new springs, hubs, jack and winch

also included is everything needed to complete the boat, all teak cockpit trim and teak cabin doors, all deck hardware (all brand NEW), all electical hard ware (all brand NEW), guages (some new)

all of the work was done to exacting standard and most of the fairing is to yacht quality however there are still a few areas that need to be faired out.

i will also include with it a gallon of awlgrip 545 primer and converter and a gallon of awlgrip fighting lady yellow.

the boat still needs a little bit of fairing, primed, painted and put back together

the boat still needs a good bit of work but all the difficult work as been done and this will be an easy project for someone with the resources

i will also include the bracket that came with the boat (non flotation) if you so desire

it is located in west palm beach florida and im asking 4,000 obo. you can contact me at nofx525@aol.com or 561-801-6470

the pictures will speak for them selves (please pull through for me John R) and i guareentee this boat is more custom then bill potters restored seafari.

Would you be interested in trading your boat and trailer for my boat and trailer . Here is a description of my boat :
1973 24' Seabird flush cabin (similiar to Seacraft Scepter in looks). Boat has a beautifull yellow hull and white decks.Boat has a brand new fuel tank .Boat is powered by a rebuilt ,302 ,fresh water cooled ,ford motor with borg warner transmission and Arneson surface piercing drive .Just replaced both batteries . Trailer is 1999 , 6000 Lb tandem aluminum rocket international with surge brakes . I also just replaced the exhaust manifold and risers on the motor too .The hull has a 24 degree deadrise and is similiar to a SeaVee .The Boat is ready to be used. It looks good and runs well.I realize we would have to inspect each others boat first. Call me if you are interested : (239)597-0093 (I am in Naples Florida)
