Thanks Trayder. Just so everybody knows, that link attached to the banner is embedded with the Classic Seacraft link so if you order from us be sure to click on that link to get to our site. If you ever recommend us on another site you can use the same link: http://www.byownerelectronics.com/st...=1&partner=csc

and anything that gets ordered will be credited to CSC which helps this site. I'm just here to yap it up with you guys about Seacrafts, but this is an easy way for me to help the forum. Thanks everybody, thanks again Trayder!

Welcome Jim! Great to have you here, I'm looking for a high resolution GPS/Chartplotter with an 8" or 7" screen for under $900, any recommendations? I really like C-Map Max charts but which do you think is the best, C-Map Max or Navionics Gold?

I haven't had a chance to play with the new Max charts yet, just seen screenshots. they look pretty impressive. I can only assume they are a significant improvement over Navionics other wise C-Map would not have come out with them. Of course Navionics has their new Platinum charts coming out to stay competetive.

I have bought all of my electronics from Jim. He has great prices (the best all around I have found on-line), is great to talk to and loves Seacrafts. I believe he told me that there are three classic 23s in his family. Jim, the thru-hull transducer you sent me is installed and works like a charm. It doesn't loose bottom even at wide-open speeds.
Thanks for everything, CMB

Chris, that's awesome. I have a P66 T/M on my boat and it doesn't lose bottom at WOT either. But WOT is only 41 MPH for me

Nick, sorry the wife caught you. I'm dreading the day my wife actually reads the switches on the boat and says "Why does one of the switches say Auto Pilot". I think I will be swimming back home that day.

Sometimes I feel like I am selling blow up dolls with all the requests I get from guys wanting me to ship the stuff so their wives don't see it.

Is it me or does the link thru the banner ad for BOE not working right now. All I get is a new webpage with the banner photo. I'd like to put a small order in & if it can help the site it would be great. Any ideas?

Murph, you are right. I'll send Traydor another link to get that worked out. Just call in your order if you want and tell me you are from CSC so I can credit it accordingly.

Or click on this link: http://www.byownerelectronics.com/st...=1&partner=csc
