25" shaft with ss prop and spare alum prop. $ 1,950. Runs good. Come to Columbia, SC and pick it up and we will take it for a ride before we take it off the 23' Scepter. I am converting it to a Savage and will be going back with twins next year. I will strap it to a pallet for shipping from my loading dock. Send me your zip and I will get a shipping price. The book says 448 lbs.
