Default Need opinions on '73 20' cc

I have been looking at a '73 20' cc seacraft. The boat has been restored. New stringers, floor, wiring and hoses, paint, enclosed transom, and Armstrong bracket. The work was done 2 years ago. The paint job is not perfect but it doesn't look terrible either. It has an '02 200 hp Yamaha Saltwater Series II with approx. 150 hrs (good compression and clean). The boat appears to be sound. I have ridden in the boat and it runs great. I would like to get some opinions on what people think the boat is worth and things I should look for.

Known problems
Bad switch on one trimtab (still under warranty)
The plywood up front on top of the gunnel where the lifting eye is soft, there is no give in the fiberglass when you stand on it. The glass is thick so it may never be an issue.
The floor where forward storage is located gives when you stand on it. The guy said he didn't replace that part. There's no wood in this location, fiberglass only.
No depth finder
No GPS

Comes with:

T-top with radio box
Leaning post
Livewell
70 gal fuel tank
'02 200 hp Yamaha
Armstrong bracket
New aluminum single axle trailer
VHF radio
CD player

Thanks

Do some searches on both this site and thehulltruth to get some pricing.

It is a buyers market right now. Is the engine a SWS, OX66 or HPDI? Knowing this will help determine the value.

I would guess that a fair price would be some where between $9k and $14k. I realize that is a sizable range.

I bet that the current ower has a lot more than that into the boat.

Good luck and let us know how it works out.

Peter
