I swear by this stuff called "The Works." Its super cheap toilet bowl cleaner. I got it at walmart for less than 2 dollars. I use it instead of On/Off. with a sponge and a bottle, I can take almost all river scum and rust stains off my boat inside and out. rub it on, leave it for about 2 minutes and rinse it off. amaZing stuff!
