Default question from a new member

I presently run a 1980 27'Phoenix which I redid 5years ago.
With the cost of gas these days I'm looking to drop down in size and start trailering again. I'm starting a search for a 23 center console but have been told that I need to know which years/models to avoid. I have 2 2002 225 optimax engines with about 300 hours on them (I'll sell one ane use the other on the 23). What problems should I be looking for while inspecting these hulls. Thanks in advance for any advice- EJB

Default Re: question from a new member

Love those Phoenix boats..remind me of Bertrams. Had a 38' Bertram growing up (well my father did) with twin 3208 CATS. Is your Phoenix a Flybridge??? Also, I had a friend who had a phoenix 28' (think you call them convertibles..no flybridge) and hung a bracket on it with twins...was a really nice boat...trailered it with an F350 Diesel. I don't have enough experience with 23' Seacrafts...someone will chime in though..you have come to the right site!!!!!
