Default Seacraft Seafari 20.5' Cuddy -1974

This is a great boat in very good condition. Re-powered in 1998 with a mercruiser 4.3 LXH GEN+ (205 HP) with 221 hours. The original IO was a 140HP OMC. The boat was underpowered with the old OMC from the very beginning. Now we can spend two days diving the reefs off Big Pine and all day dragging looking for lobster holes - all on one 30 gallon tank of gas. The 4.3 Mercruiser is a perfect fit for this hull. Also included in the refit were Bennett Trim Tabs.

I just added a new top of the line Teleflex shifter & wiring harness, new cables, exhaust manifold, risers, elbows, all boots & gaskets, exhaust flap valves and a new trim pump. I just had the carbs rebuilt (sitting too long) and had a new fuel pump put in.

The boat itself is in very good shape, though the blue hull gelcoat is oxidized and the covering on the fabric on the cushions up front in the cuddy are brittle. The original cook stove is even in place on the picnic station under the passenger seat. All of the original woodwork including the louvered teak door is in excellent shape. The boat sits on a newer, all aluminum Rolls trailer that turned out to be a great investment for us. I bought a 27 Pursuit Open over 10 years ago but couldn't bring myself to sell this boat. It almost never gets used anymore though.

I have over $11K into the refit & new equipment ...I'd take $8,500 for the whole package - including the trailer. OBO

NICE Seafari! Looks like a turn-key boat! The '74 and later models also have the raised deck, windshield/cabin top and the cabin shelves. Don't see many like that with the original galley seat! A little Polyglo would make that faded gelcoat look like new with very little effort! Good luck with the sale!
